Salary expectations for a YouTube Strategy Associate??

Deloitte USI declared that bonus for the year shall be paid on May 31st. If I put down papers on April 15th, my last working will be June 15th and will be on notice period on May 31st. So my question is - will get the bonus amount?

When I chat with the team they say that the metrics behind the variable change almost every quarter. This would be a step back in terms of salary, but they are offering equity and growing 150% YoY. I recently moved to the Netherlands on a highly skilled worker visa. I got offered a job in IT as a Systems Engineer which later turned to project engineer that focuses mainly on migrations.
