Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

It’s definitely not worth it $/hours wise. But I am deeply satisfied with my job due to other intrinsic factors
I wish there was a section for experienced consultants (e.g. Associate and above)
Like I said, from a $/hr perspective not worth it 😂😂😂

Your lack of navigation skills are concerning
That 200k number is an all in number. Which is pretty accurate including your signing bonus and such. My advice to you would be to decide if it’s worth it to you roughly or not, and then work on getting an offer before you start worrying too much about specific details of the retirement program. The salary growth can be insane as well. Since you can see large YoY increases in your base salary
Salary increase is based on performance

If you have an offer then you should have all this information?
@H1 tell me you didn’t actually pay for that to work at Huron?
Hi McKinsey. I don’t have an offer yet. I’m being interviewed. Please share. Thank you
Mc1 - god no. Referenced it because they have good salary data.
Thanks Huron. I don’t see anything about salary
:)
This is what McKinsey provides for retirement — is that separate from the 401K, which I heard was a 12% matching of salary and bonus?
McKinsey & Company Undergraduate/Master’s Salary
Base: $83,000 (Canada: C$82,500) (Germany: €67,000)
Performance Bonus: up to $18,000 (Canada: up to C$24,500)
Total Cash (sum of above): up to $101,000
Retirement: 7% of annual compensation (Canada: C$10,000 to RRSP)
Signing Bonus: $5,000 (Canada: C$5,250)
Relocation: $2-10,000 (Germany: €3-€5,000)
What region are you in OP? Your numbers are from Canada and Germany?
Bazinga
Also, your numbers are outdated
McKinsey 3 - my numbers came from Huron’s link. I’m based in the east coast/U.S. would you please provide updated figures?
Base salary will likely be 150-160k for an Associate level (post MBA or 4+ yrs from undergrad). Bonus will be probably 10-20%, with another 7% to the 401k (not match, in addition). The 12% figure is old. Also, I know most school signs get a 15-20% signing bonus.
^^thanks MC3!!
Oh man, so no more 12% in 401k! Does the 7% into 401k include bonus for that year (eg 7% Of bonus and salary)
That’s a great salary but I was thinking the amount would be $200k based on various fishbowl posts
