Salesforce dev, 4 YOE. Utterly burnt out from the grind. I'm thinking about quitting for a few months, without anything lined up. Maybe work at a coffee shop. Is it worth it in this market?

I don't have a bachelor's (have an associates in Comm.), so I'm wondering what the likelihood of finding work after a couple months off would be like.

I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.

Iam 5 month pregnant , thinking to get release from project due to health issue and taking maternity leave from april 1st, at this situation can I be in bench for 3 months and go in maternity leave ? Will this affect my job in Accenture? Will the organization allow to be in bench for 3 months? If iam in bench during maternity leave will i get variable pay

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad.
