Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Lining up boys and girls, clip charts. When I first started teaching a second grader told me she was a boy. And was earnest about it. I didn't understand what she meant at the time.
Can’t be. DeSantis and others tell us kids don’t think about that stuff. (Sarcasm!)

Mine is Clip charts. To have kids come to the front and move their clips down for “misbehavior” is cruel. I can’t believe I did that 😔.
Agree with behavior charts, also calling students boys and girls or separating them that way. Lastly, correcting African American Vernacular English grammar.
Thank you, that is exactly what they said! And absolutely agree.
Assuming family norms like a mother and father both involved/alive/etc.

@Michigan - That’s interesting, right? Because families encompass gender norms and roles, as well as the ideas and [whose?] ideal of the nuclear family. Families can be all shapes and sizes - assumptions must go out the door. Good one.

@WV you used profanity in your classroom? 🥸
I have to think about this. I’m not in the classroom so it might be a little different (I don’t use behavior charts, I don’t have to address a classroom, etc).
Thank you for posting this question! I love questions that challenge me look in the mirror.
In addition to assuming family norms, I’d add assuming health care needs. Assumptions in general.
I have had a lot of students with chronic health conditions. We certainly tend to assume young = healthy. Sadly, I have learned that is not the case

Good one, Michigan.
Great question
