Searching for a job in social work is really challenging. Every day I keep checking for opportunities, and whenever I come across an opening, I feel happy at first. But then, as I read the details, most positions require experience. I often wonder—if freshers are not given a chance, how will they ever gain experience?

Honestly, securing the very first job is quite difficult.

My recruiter mentioned last week that I'm going to HC, then called me this week to say that I skipped HC as I did well so "we're moving to next steps". They then mentioned the TC range for my role/location and asked a few questions about my visa status, but there was no official "offer" with a concrete breakdown of numbers. So...did I get an offer or not?! 😅
