I am having 9.5 years of experience as a .NET Angular Full Stack Developer. I've received a couple offers.

Bosch - Offering 27LPA CTC (10% variable) + 2L Join bonus as a Tech Lead (Level 52).

LTIMindtree - Offering 29.5L CTC (10% variable) as a Senior Specialist.

Persistent Systems - Offering 28.5L CTC (All Fixed) as a Tech lead.

Which one is better to join?

Or any reference .NET Angular Full Stack Developer based in Pune?

I am in a dilemma choosing between Wolters Kluwer and S&P Global(IHS). Any suggestions? Salary and role are the same.

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
