Seeking Guidance on Transitioning to DevOps

Hello, I have 3+ years of experience as a Tibco Administrator and want to transition to a DevOps Engineer role. Should I showcase my admin experience in my resume, or focus on self-taught DevOps projects? I have AZ-900 certification but see AWS is more in demand for DevOps. Should I switch to AWS, and is certification mandatory or just skills enough? Any advice on how to make this transition would be greatly appreciated!

Transitioning from line of business familiarity (understanding financial statements) to... real(?) Finance (bonds and cap markets and other debt sales) any advice on books or resources to learn really from step 0?

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.

Is it common for your firms to give dec/Jan promotions? Seems like it’s mostly for seniors passing CPA to become manager. Could potentially help if I ever pass CPA.

Is accounting to project/product management a bad move in the long term ?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
