In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. All other companies only ask experience certificate only which I have. How to tackle this?EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

Additional Posts in Law
I recently graduated from law school and have started my clerkship in the superior court of NJ. Once done with my clerkship, I’m hoping to work in employment law (defense). I’ve seen online that Jackson Lewis is hiring at their Berkeley Heights, NJ location. Can anyone give me any insight on what it’s like to work at JL? culture? First year associate salary? Typical work day? Jackson Lewis P.C.

The title is less important than the substance. Lateral associate moves are turn on substantive experience and skill sets. Partner moves depend on portable books of business. The title won’t really matter one way or another if you do not have a portable book of business.
Ha. Responded at the exact same time.
You know you have to buy in and pay a lot of money to be partner tho right? Why waste the money if you are gonna leave anyway
Why not start looking now? If you find something before you make partner, then you don’t have to worry about it.
I think future in-house roles are going to place more importance on your in-house experience, not whether you were a partner or associate at a law firm before you went in-house. Especially if you stay in your first in-house role for awhile
It’s harder to leave after you make partner - both from the negotiating your buyout perspective and from the golden handcuff perspective. Most people move in-house prior to making partner anyways...
All good points. Question—do the same issues apply if you are income partner vs. equity?
