I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. Moved over to a review system called 15Five. It allows you to review your manager. I gave my manager a terrible review. The catch is: they get to “anonymously” see your reviews. Bad move?
