Am considering offering 3 weeks notice given my relationships and reputation with the agency, my growing team and our largest clients. I don’t think my ceo would fire me on the spot or can match salary/benefits, but he will be very upset.

My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. Can someone explain how billable hours work?
