Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I just reviewed 25 resumes today and invited 5 people to interviews. Trust me 1 page is plenty. In fact, I didn’t read all the details in the resumes. If you are clear and concise the reviewer will know if you are a good candidate
Opposite - more senior is less. One page maximum period. See marissa Meyer resume as an example - google it.
Anything more than one page indicates to me your resume is filled with fluff. Make your point & make it relevant - you can do that in 1 page.
18 years out of undergrad. One page. I’ve gotten compliments for it being concise and effective.
Longer is not better in most cases, especially when a hiring manager has a big pile to sift through - which is something I also appreciate when I hire folks. I suppose if you had a lot of relevant published research or articles and public appearances you could list those on a second page as an appendix, but that won’t apply to most in consulting.
