Hi all! Was wondering if anyone could give a referral/insight into moving into sustainability/climate roles in big4, mbb or at CBRE . I have 5 years exp in research analysis/data wrangling/business development in nonprofit and industry consulting, but I want to pivot to sustainability/environment work as its something I really enjoy. My education is in environmental policy and I have internships in renewables/built environment. KPMG PwC Boston Consulting Group

Could anyone kindly tell me about the Investment Management and Private Equity Audit Group at Deloitte? 1. Work Life Balance (Is it worst than the ordinary Big 4 WLB?) 2. Is it an entirely different audit from commercial/retail audits (think account balances etc.) 3. Difficult to learn how to audit clients in this industry without prior experience in the industry?(been doing commercial audits for 3 years) 4. Are there relatively good exit opportunities for this audit group? Deloitte PwC EY

I use one note to keep track of everything that is open for a job. I set aside 30 minutes- an hour each Friday to go through all jobs and update the one note.
Weekly on sundays I write out priorities based on deadlines/ importance. Every night before I log off I make a to do list for the next day so I know where to start and the 1 most important task that is non negotiable happens first as soon as I check emails and do the quick important things like setting up meetings.
