Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Prepare for case interview at least to a point that 2 more hours of preperation will not make much of a difference.
At this point, talking to one or two folks may help you connect with the interviewer in some situations such as if they ask "Why our firm?", because you will be able to back up saying something like "I talked to [Name], about [Firm] and I felt like [Opinion]".
It feels like you care more if you talked to someone in the firm rather than only relying on website or recruiting material to get to know the company.
I know, this journey is hard (more for some than for others) and frustrating, but if you feel consulting is the career for you, don't give up just yet.
If you are prepared to crack the case, maybe the tip you need to hear is this...If you want to be approved, interviewers must like you. If they don't, even if you ace the case, they will unconsciously find reasons to disaprove you. If they like you, they may overlook errors and will help you more during the case interview.
What I am trying to say is that connecting with the interviewer is important. Spend time preparing for fit interview if you have not.
Once you’ve gotten the interview networking doesn’t really matter
What firm? If it’s a huge one like Accenture probably not but if smaller then maybe.
