Minimum target is $30k a month. Production under $30k 25% commission. Premium greater than $30k a month increases to 35%. $40k=35%, $50k=40%,$60k=45%,$70k=50%. No renewal commission, base pay always remains the same. Received 2 other offers though for AE role, $90k and $100k. Decisions decisions.

I interviewed for an analyst position with Deloitte about 2 weeks ago and was told that they would get back to me by end of last week. I haven’t heard anything from them and reached out to my recruiter for updates but didn’t hear from her either. Did anyone have a similar experience?

Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle.
