Should I stay at BAH at around $80k, or take an EY GPS data analytics position that’s offering $90k-$100k? Not sure if the salary jump is worth changing firms and the change in WLB at EY.

I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.
But due to some health reasons I'm missing deadlines from 1 month.
