Simple. What’s your gut telling you to do? A good team can be hard to find. If you enjoy working with them perhaps take that into consideration. Mentoring others can be very fulfilling. Just know your worth and ask yourself why you want to jump to the next gig. The grass isn’t always greener…
Depends on how important that pay bump is to you. I feel like having a team you love is really hard to come across in this industry. Rooting for you, whatever you decide!
You can always move jobs if it doesn't work but you'll be in a new price bracket so that's a bonus. I would take the job.

45% increase is big… I would take it + title bump that way you’ll be at a higher playing field if the new gig doesn’t work out & you have to find a new job or even boomerang
As someone often battling imposter syndrome, it’s easier to see it when it’s not you. Take the job. Take a leap. Get something out of it and then move on when it no longer serves you. It will allow you to grow in some way or another.
