Should I try to get a visa sponsorship job and try to settle abroad or get a GMAT score and try to get the top IIM ‘s?

Should I
1. Go for technical masters? (if yes, do recommended some good courses)
2. Wait to gain enough experience for a MBA in US/EU

I'm almost done with my master's and right now we are discussing the knowledge gap that happens in 4th grade with our lower-class students. They know or have the skills for how to read (for the most part) but seem not to be able to comprehend what they are reading due to the fact that they don't have background knowledge like their upper-class peers - which is due to life experiences. Have you noticed this in your classes? I have but didn't realize why it was so hard to catch them up.

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. At the end of the day it’s business, but I am left feeling like I wasted my time (and theirs.)Totally confused and disheartened by this process. Anyone else experiencing this?

Just venting. College friend (same ethnicity but came to US with family as a kid) told me she might get a new job offer w a smaller firm, 50% pay bump. We currently work at comparable big firms but her pay is already higher than mine (hers include stocks, mine doesn’t). We did equally well in college & I know I’m just as smart. Can’t help but feel like my career’d have been much better if I did not need sponsorship. Smaller firms don’t sponsor so I work at a big firm but pay isn’t great 🙄
