Should I wear a tie for zoom interviews?

Just got turned down for a job I really wanted. No interview. I even had a referral, but they didn't even look at my book! Feeling empty and worthless right now. I know I have inherent value as a human being but I am so desperate to succeed and can't seem to catch a break. Just wanted to vent. Thank you for reading.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?
