I had an interview for an senior mgmt role at a bank and the interview was going very well. Beginning of the interview, she mentioned my resume was very impressive. She also said I was extremely intelligent and that I had a bright future; however they’re interviewing people with over 26 years of experience and would want someone more seasoned.
