How much is the average time to complete recruitment process at Credit Suisse ? I started my process in July, I would have already joined another in the next month and they haven’t completed there process? I haven’t heard back from recruiter in last 3 weeks ? Does that mean i am rejected?

What group within Slalom and what level are you - SM? It'd depend on that plus what you make now will be taken into consideration too
Hi tech group , yeah at SM level , any rough range on base pay ? Do they give RSUs as well ?
Rsus to select few people/investors. There was a thread the other day saying SM equates to PAL level here. I can't provide any other insight unfortunately
i've heard they aim to bring everyone in at 'Managing Consultant' level. i suppose it's a massive band and they just park people there regardless of what they pay them ...?
@d1....we have multiple levels like every other company. Our entry level for our consulting group have job titles of either consultant or solution architect.
The confusion comes in that external hires from seniors to exp managers end up in one of those two groupings
@op
As a senior mgr you would join as a solution principle (sp) or program area lead (pal). A pal position is akin to the old associate partner roles at acn. I would expect that you would join as an SP mainly because the Pal positions are given to those that run the tech groups. By run the tech groups...i mean the 1-2 senior mgrs that are really running each tech group inside acn.
RSUs are not given at slalom. But you are allowed to buy into the firm at the program area director level and higher. The annual roi on those units is 10-30%. There were rumors that the option to buy into the firm would be pushed downward but i cannot confirm that ever occurred.
As for pay. I would expect SP pay to start somewhere between 165-190k in most cities. Your bonus is 10% annual with a quarterly bonus of between 6-10% based on sales.
That being said our real financial benefit
Is in your work life balance. The amount of bs you do here is near zero %. That extends from sales overhead to additional project bs.
Its glorious.
Oh yeah...zero ego in this firm
There are ex SMs that are consultants to practice area leads. Depends on if you want to do all delivery or want to build your own place
Thanks guys appreciate all the info ... base of 165-190k is low in SF , do you know if people are joining on pay cuts , also hearing some issues with delayed promotions in that case starting level should be 2-3 years out ...still confused if should make a move
Don't take a pay cut. The SF office, in general, has higher salaries to adjust for CoL. there are no delayed promotions, it was one thread with one guy complaining about not being promoted. Promotions aren't guaranteed at slalom, there is no up or out and many people have stayed at consultant for years (without the salary cap like other places) because they only want to deliver and do 40 hours a week
Got it this helps thanks SC3 , if it's 40 hours and great work with great leadership then should be a good bet... currently it's hit or miss with leadership you get to work with
