I have a yearly income of 130k and will rent a 1Br/Studio in Manhattan from 2.4-3k by end of the year. I also have student loans of 28.5k which I intend to pay off in an year or so. Currently, putting in 4% for Roth per pay cycle and maximizing my HSA. I net a monthly income of close to 7k.
