So I am new to this site, I would like some recommendations on what y'all think.. should I leave my job where I'm getting micro managed by the owner and he doesn't micro manage the men that do the same stuff as me? It's tearing me down and making me past the breaking point.. also how do I do better in interviews please help on your strategies

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?
