So, I’m in a tricky situation. Wife got a great job offer in a different state, but my company doesn’t have an office there. I have an ‘in office/ swipe the badge policy’ 2 days a week. Going remote isn’t an option.

If we move and sell the house, could I not tell my company, keep my now ‘old’ address on file, and theoretically ‘super commute’ like nothing ever happened? Would only do this realistically until I got a new job lined up, but at least to get thru the move.
