So I’ve been in Healthcare (Rev Cycle) for ten years, been a certified coder for 2, just finished by BS in Business but have a desire to venture into tech. But I can’t seem to figure out which role would complement my YOE in healthcare. Im stuck between Database Admin /Database Management and Data Analytics.

My concern with Analytics is I’m not a math fan & not well versed on visualization tools so being competent at statistical methodologies may not serve me well in that role. Suggestions?

Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). I was a contracts manager on an in-house team for 4 years prior, which is why I was able to go straight in-house. I'm entirely skipping out on firm life, which feels both good and bad.
