So, I've got a negotiation interview scheduled in an NBFC. My current salary is 20 LPA with 6.5 Lacs of bonus, but the thing is that in ICICI, everyone gets paid the full 100% bonus every year since bonus was introduced in the company.
Now, I'm due for a promotion and Salary Grade change on July 10th. What would be your advice keeping in mind considering the guaranteed bonus, ESOPs and the 2.5% interest loans for homes and vehicles. Can I use these perks to negotiate better?
