I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Went in-house. Bigger fish in a smaller pond + opportunity to actually have an impact and help shape creative for the brand. The how? I applied via LinkedIn and got a call back. It was honestly just good timing and then I “worked it” from there. I know that’s not the most useful info other than to say, sometimes “cold” applying does work.
Good vibes and being pro-active will move the needle,really? First you couldn’t get people to reply to your letters, then they weren’t answering the phone. Faxing was no longer a novelty, and emailing was great and then that dried up, then texting was over, so what’s next, your resume on TikTok? All of you have ‘creative’ attached to your job description; why aren’t you using it? If you know going through normal channels doesn’t work, why do you insist on going through the wall instead of going around it? You want easy? Keep doing what you’re doing. Want to make an impression? Be prepared to get out of your comfort zone. A creative approach to getting the job you want makes sense for creatives. Maybe it’s a test to see who’s really creative and who’s not. Make a plan, the more outrageous the better. Either way, job or not, you make an impression. If advertising is about visibility and relevancy, how long will it take for you to start thinking along those to control your destiny, and and create your reality?
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. All of which require us to spend all day cold emailing people who probably get hundreds of these and therefore ignore all of them. Dumb system. Dumb industry. Glad I’m near the tail end and not at the beginning or worse yet…middle.
