Genuinely honest question - how do you get hired as a Solution Associate? I came on as a campus hire as a Solution Analyst. What qualifications cause you to be hired as an associate and not an analyst?
Again, no offense intended. Genuinely curious.
Oh ok! That makes sense to me. Thank you for the explanation!
Hi there, I work in USDC and do not have a bachelors degree and started as a Solution Analyst. I believe it depends on your sub-offering leadership as other people who were hired in my cohort but are in another sub-offering like S&A, required a bachelors to start as an solution analyst. Or else you start at solution associate
Ahh yes, that makes more sense!
