When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I’m scared I’ll end up being alone. I’ve truly enjoyed being single all this time but as time passes by, I keep thinking to myself that something must be wrong with me that I’m not in a relationship. I feel that I am underpaid and I talked to my manager about this but as per him I am one of the highest paid Technical Consultants in the team😂😂...
