Something strange happened. Recently I switched roles and companies for a good raise and better work culture. I am happy at my new job. The satisfaction of leaving the old job and getting a pay raise quickly just by switching companies (after waiting months with no progress on a raise at my old job) is addicting. I cant stop thinking about looking for new positions just to keep improving my salary. Has anyone felt the same and what did you do in your situation?

Should I take this role?
Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

I'm two thirds through the PMA Core Certification, and the info is great but the tests are a joke. They need to contract with an educator that specializes in testing and assessment to come in and develop exams that actually measure if you know the material. The bad test design devalues the certification. Not to zero, but I definitely will not be proud to have earned it. It just means I had $1300 and sat through 15 hours of video lectures.
