I was just checking my salary slip on new payroll tool and found some interesting things.
There is some ex-gratia 3 amount ( less then rs. 500) and income tax deducted is more then last months (which is unusual as I have declared my fbp and IT declaration in oct only). Upon checking in IT statement found I got gift perk of around rs 4500 but it eas not added to my salary in account. Did anyone know where is this gift perk and how can I use this ?

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? It’s review season at my agency. I’m struggling with what goals to put down or things I want to learn. Not because I think I’m perfect (ha) but because our job description gets so amorphous as we elevate. I’ve been an Account Director for about 3 years. What are goals that y’all have set or things you’ve looked to learn as you’ve gotten more senior?

I have overall 3 years of post grad experience but 2 years of AE experience. Is it unrealistic to apply for Senior AE roles? How about Account Supervisor?

What is the average salary for an Account Manager position? For context, the agency is 100% remote and doesn’t base salary based on the employee’s location. Was originally told $80k but was then informed the recruiter made a mistake and that it will likely be mid-70s at the highest.
