I’m honestly tired of being at an agency and not feeling as fulfilled as I used with strategy as a career. Have anyone here make a career change? if so, what other jobs out there - outside of agencies and client side - can you apply what you know as a strategist? Curious if anyone has done it and has some advice.

Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! Does anyone have any advise on how to become a staff video editor at a creative production company? They usually don't have any "job openings" listed on their site.

I have 5+ years of experience working at a creative ad agency, but much of the work was pitch/sizzle videos (yuck).

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised
