Yeah requires two separate accounts and purchases. There are steam online share play games like "Worms" which can be played on one computer or share played across two different systems with a single purchase. But I assume the kiddies want to go for some sort of FPS or latest and greatest RPGs. These typically require different accounts
Yep, you would have to make and potentially buy a new copy of the game for the second account. One thing that would be good to also do, is share the existing accounts library of games with the new account. That way any single player games can be accessed by both accounts.
