JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

PwC India Hi folks,
I graduated with Master studies in business at Singapore, and recently moved to India. I am currently looking for a consultant role in strategy functions at big4 in India. Here in India, most of the roles in MC & strategy advisory fills through referrals and campus recruitment, and not posting on the websites. I’d like to connect with people at big4 strategy functions for referrals and to know more about the firms operations
Thanks!

It’s one of the reasons why a professional should maintain a work journal. If there’s no such, start looking at sample answers for the interview questions, you can relate to and remember similar situations from your experience. That way you can build and note down stories from your experience against the specific questions. We often overlook and pass our experiences thinking that they aren’t worth mentioning in an interview. But it’s all about how you present the story.
I hear you! May be for starters go with mock interviews on YouTube. If that doesn’t help, I think an interview coaching would definitely help like others suggested.
Try thinking of any stories related to a difficult project you worked on and it’s outcome,a time you had to deal competing deadlines and prioritization, a time you had to use negotiation, data analysis and needing to overcome challenges/getting out of your comfort zone
I did some interview coaching that really helped! we were able to work through some of my experiences and get them more meaty, and it was nice to talk through it with someone else who could guide me a bit on what to focus on
Would you share what service you went through or how you found your coach? Thank you!
