Struggling with identifying good stories for behavioral interviews (product manager). I am sure I have quite a few but just finding it hard to polish them or have them seem meaty enough. Any tips!

Does anyone know how it works if you have an Interview with someone who knows your current seniors in the team? Is there a policy where they can’t mention anything or does that not really exist?
