Struggling with some interviews due to not having as much technical or software skills as I should at my age. I am training and learning some on my own, but I feel like employers mostly want actual work-based experience. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? It's frustrating!

I’m interviewing for an Associate, Private Equity role; I’m currently on the public equity side. Is there anything I should prepare ahead of the interview?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

That feeling that your boss finds out you have a mental disability makes you wonder if he still views you as an asset or a liability. I’m a bit scared on how my work performance will be evaluated.

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.
