So they can get another job. LinkedIn is now a game and the best player wins 🤷🏾♀️

It could also be their way of sharing insights with others who couldn’t attend or simply a method that works best for their learning style. Everyone approaches these experiences differently, and for some, writing it down is a valuable tool for reflection and retention.

😅 we have to build our brand and maintain client relationships by spreading info about current projects and emphasize firm expertise to those that follow us 🥹. All with the goal of staying on client’s minds and possibly winning new work 😫 Sorry
Definitely either for brand or because their company asks them to. Or a mix of both. I know someone who works for a small start up that does zero marketing, so LinkedIn posts help their company.
If you see me doing this on LinkedIn just know I’m building my brand so I can make my own way or get a new job 😅
