Super quick poll, if a job posting doesn't list the salary range, do you apply or no? I used to say no but with the job market the way it is, I've been a little more open minded.

Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town.
