Sustainability certifications - are they worth undertaking? I’ve only recently started working in the space (~2years at big 4 consultancy) and considering IEMA or ISSP to further strengthen my CV. Any views or experience hugely appreciated.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. If yes, then my total income will become 521121.

Thirdly, I left my previous job on 02 March, 2021, so I received the Feb 21 & March 21 on April 2021. So does it come under FY 2020-21? OrFY 2021-22?
