Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up.
