How do you get appointments with plan sponsors? They are hard to get in contact with and then 401(k) seems so low on their priority list or they "are happy with" (don't know about) their plan.

That is not hugely important I have found.

I only recently found a solution to this, and I have been working with Retirement Plans for 20 years. Simply put, lead with something else.

I recently started working with a group that reduces bottom line expenses for employers by an average of $240,000 with no changes to vendors or day to day operations. In addition, the service is 100% contingency based, meaning the employer only pays a percentage of the savings found, and pays nothing if no savings are found. When I save a client $240,000 in bottom line expenses, they are much more willing to hear my 401(k) Plan pitch.

It’s been an interesting 24 hours. So, you know I got out of the VIX Puts at 26 with a small loss. I bought a few DIA July 15 calls at the low at a 309 strike .13 so I did better than I would. Trading the technicals now with DIA and C Puts.

My company allows contributions to both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401k. Is it better to split my contributions between the two? For example, I could contribute 3% to Roth and 3% to traditional (my employer matches up to 6% total but that can only goes to traditional)

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?
