The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)
Folks - Is there any compensation revision planned in the near future... considering the after effects of q1 fy23 attrition rise ?

Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

For C2 grade, if u are allocated to a project and satisfy 5 days WFO condition, u will get full variable pay

Seriously, PWC is still better option. Tcs is not a good company anymore. 20lpa fixed is better than 22.5 lpa in tcs because what you get in hand is different with vast gap . Join tcs at the time for your retirement...
