Could someone guide me how to get WFH permission for 2-3 months in TCS . Since I'm in Coimbatore and got an opportunity in TCS chennai. Kids school education is important and he has to be in Coimbatore for few months. When I checked for relocation they are not giving, and since I have recently joined there as a lateral hire, they are not releasing me . And if they could release atleast I can find a project in Coimbatore. Pls suggest

Conflicts check question: how much detail will I need to provide to (hopefully) new firm? I’ve been at the same place for a decade…so many transactions over the years! It will be easy enough to gather info by client matter number, but that doesn’t capture sub-entities and/or any other specifics.

I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
