Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.

Depends on group completely. I’ve seen both but also comes down to boundaries. Don’t start by volunteering for everything under the sun. Stay targeted and don’t over promise.
One thing about Big 4, don't expect WLB from them. It's upto us, how we communicate things to our supervisor..
I am also moving from Ey to pwc now..just made my mind that I will be getting more salary for the same work and pwc is also a bigg organization..if I see some great Work life fit then it's good otherwise I am getting more salary
Same thing, different colors
I fucking hope so!
I’m moving to pwc too
What group are you moving? it depends
This practice is short staffed. So yeah, depending on the project, you can kiss your WLB good bye.
A lot of EY folks moving to PwC. Looks like I made the right decision as well.
Thinking about this as well - how did you explain why you wanted to switch besides $?
Better career trajectory. Aligned more to practice and competency interests
Depends on the group tbh but my experience here has been great. Just set your boundaries and communicate
Thank you this is what I needed

At least you’ll be free to live where you want. I’m jelly!
Depends. Set boundaries. My team was large and volunteered me for stuff I did not sign up for
