Have offers from both. Teneo seems more PE focused with smaller teams and faster responsibility. Strategy& has the brand and broader platform.

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. I left an investment bank to join a private equity firm about a month ago. I am now working on a deal that I previously worked on when I was on the sellside (I literally made the entire CIM). Any tips on how to handle this? Is it fine to tell my current firm everything I know about the company?
