Gorgeous! Rich and toasty, the citrus is almost candied like orangette, some blood orange and lemon curd… definitely recommend!

Great lineup! Love Stag’s Leap

I had Goldeneye for the first time this Thanksgiving, it was fantastic!

I know Stags’ Leap is good in its own right but I just can’t help but think of it as the “fake” stags leap

Just because a winery is older doesn’t mean it’s better. Stags’ Leap cab is actually higher rated than Stag’s Leap…

Yesterday I officially got diagnosed with ADHD and MDD. I knew that I was feeling depressed but somehow getting diagnosed made me feel worse. I feel like I am a big failure. I had a mental breakdown yesterday night. This morning I woke up and cried for an hour at least. I had worse times in my life but this somehow feels like a trap I will never be able to escape. I’m so overwhelmed and lonely. Have no friends or family in the US. Don’t know what to do.

I truly believe it's time that face masks becomes as commonplace here as they are in Hong Kong. NYC is trying but I'm still seeing many people not using them. Especially friends in Texas tell me no one is.

Dry. Acidic nose. But for $10 this wine is amazing. Where else can you find a ‘14 vintage for that cost. I Get nectarine hints maybe plum. Very little body. Mild tannin; I wouldn’t mind putting out for guests. If you’re going for something dry, acidic, in the red department, can’t complain. I picked this one up from Trader Joe’s. Hope you find this helpful!

Any recommendations on getting into wine? I love other specialty beverages (3rd wave coffee, craft beer), but struggle to “figure out” wine.

The ability to get involved with local beer and coffee producers has been a huge factor for me, so I’m guessing the comparative lack of local wine producers has contributed to me struggling to understand more of the process, culture, tasting notes, etc.

I need advice from the collective. It seems like there is a trend to sell wine in unique bottles. The only problem with this, those bottles will not fit into my wine fridge. Has anyone transferred wine to standard bottles and are you concerned about the wine one it hits the air? I’ve looked at vacuum stoppers but not sure if this is a good idea or not.
