The job I accepted at an agency a few months ago hasn’t turned out at all how I expected from the interviews.

On the least desirable clients/projects vs ones they said I would work on, getting asked to work 24/7 round the clock vs being told about their great wlb, working w/cds I didn’t interview with who give no direction.

I’m looking for new gigs asap, is it a problem or red flag if I’m leaving a place after just a few months? How can I frame my situation?

Struggling with a decision. Just started a new role with good manager and WLB within healthcare technology. But another large tech firm/cloud/software reached out and willing to pay 20% more. Not sure what the WLF is for this other role. Should I take the better paying role?

If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2. If you send an associate a random e-mail on a weekend like “Can you pull X and send to Y”, would you get annoyed if they responded saying they weren’t by a comp or would you consider it reasonable that they wouldn’t be by a comp on a weekend?
