Has anyone had an Agile Project Manager interview at JP Morgan and willing to share their experience ? I just got an email with an interview date without much else and unsure what to expect

So I was supposed to have an in person interview. Right before the interview I noticed that The interviewer rejected the invite she sent me - I emailed to ask but no reply. I went anyway and am just waiting for her to show up... but she isn't showing up... what should I do lol

Does anyone actually get jobs through using LinkedIn easy apply? If there’s a cover letter submission component- how important is that part? In general are cover letters super important?

What do you guys think, do recruiters share the real salary/range or are they sharing the low-end range for leverage? Or both?

And does being an internal or external recruiter influence how they approach salary transparency in the early screening/interview phase?

Had some interviews with Deloitte this week in FDD was supposed to have 2 more next week but they changed scheduling and said 1 of the partners was busy and the other just wants to do a phone interview rather than video now. Am I being paranoid or is this actually a bad sign

I don't like my job, the responsibilities and tasks aren't right for me or my lifestyle.

Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

With the global economic situation as is, is it worth the risk to change to a job I know i'd like more with less pay, and potentially less job security?
