The work culture here at KGS is quite toxic. There's a PM who constantly demoralizes subordinates by comparing them and highlighting their shortcomings, all under the guise of performance appraisals. Simply hounding people like a hunter won’t achieve anything, my friend. Be kind and choose your words wisely. Everyone is different, so stop the comparisons. HR team, I urge you to monitor such PMs closely, or you might soon see a wave of resignations.

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something.
