Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

$100.8k actually
100k-126K. With stock options. And hybrid which tends to pay less than 100% in-office work. Also, from what I see, it’s a startup. They typically underpay and incentivize performance via stock options. If that was an agency, it’d be a different story. More pay, no stock. I get it though. Feels almost insulting for a CD-level role.
I think not being hybrid would be a pretty big outlier from the norm. If a place wants to pay me less, I better be allowed to be fully remote

Apparently working as a CD for $100K less in salary isn’t one of your matching skills.
Otherwise you’d have 7 out of 10 ; )
That's comical. Farmer's Dog is another one that seems to severely underpay considering they want you to be in NY.
They're underpaying but granting stock options, hoping for a young gun that wants to become a millionaire by getting in early. Only problem is that stock *options* are usually a pretty bad deal for employees, and if the company goes belly-up, never ipos, or stays private they're worthless, and if you have a bunch of options you can't afford to exercise they are as good as worthless. I don't know anybody who would take this, unless they're dead-sure about the company!
"over 100 applicants" is pretty bleak for the state of the industry given all this tbh
Not to mention, startups (in my experience) tend to be pretty horrendous to work for, full-time anyway
It pays more than my unemployment… that already ran out.

My Amazon salary offer was like $110 but with bonus and stock it was $225
