Hadn’t noticed this sub before, and most of the threads are old so thought I’d ask a follow up - how has everyone been handling parenting with public accounting? Busy season was rough, things are looking better now as things return to normal. Still working crazy hours if you count the daycare duties on top of utilization targets.

Got offer from deloitte and honeywell. Deloitte offering X+ 3.5 Lpa (2 lakhs as JB) for Mumbai location and honeywell X+ 8 Lpa for Pune location. Please guide as tech stack in honeywell is their own product and proprietary language whereas in deloitte its open and will help in future switches or help in learning curve. Please guide.
