This is for Tech consulting roles...Coming from India, next job offer is always dependent on current Salary and we are expected to share the payslips

How about the interview process in UK? Are we expected to disclose the current salary and ask for 20% hike or ask for the range?

Accenture UK lowballed me with a 50k offer, for 12 year YoE... Just wanted to check if this will impact my other interviews, where the opportunity to ask raise will get curtailed. Please let me know your thoughts 🤔

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Folks making more than £100K: How do you deal with the 60% effective tax rate on the 100-125K bracket? (HMRC gradually reduces your £12,750 personal tax-free allowance to £0.)

This is the first time it is happening to me. With one month to go until the end of the tax year, I'm thinking of making a one-off extra pension contribution next payroll.
